EverShield™ High Grade Anodising

Anodising EverShield

EverShield™ for a brilliant, lasting finish

With its great versatility, aluminium is used extensively in Architectural constructions, anywhere from windows and doors, curtain walls, cladding, sun-louvres to internal fixtures. Anodising has a key role in both the protection and the enhancement of the appearance of any important architectural components.

Aluminium has a subtle, natural sheen and one of the advantages of anodising is that this beautifully lustrous appearance shines through, enhanced by any of the stylish anodise colours from the AAF range.

Finish & Colours

Anodise Colour ranges

With our controlled etching & polishing processes AAF can produce anodised finishes for both internal and external projects in Matt, Satin or Bright (Gloss) anodised appearances. Brilliant metallic hues including Silver/Greys, Yellow/Golds, Brown/Bronzes and Black are achievable allowing us to produce over 60 anodised finishes for your individuality.

An integral finish

Anodising offers excellent cover on all surfaces inside and out.

Anodising is an integral finish, meaning it is a part of the aluminium and not an applied coating. Anodising results in superior adhesion and durability as AAF's anodised finishes cannot peel or delaminate. Another advantage of anodising is that the anodise finish is applied to ALL surfaces equally, this is due to anodising being an immersion process.

Durability

Anodising Density
Anodising Hardness Indicatator

Not everything is about the thickness of the finish. AAF has developed specialised anodising processes that increase the density and hardness of our anodising. This returns superior durability against standard/traditional anodising. Our simple symbols show you the property comparisons of each finish.
