A new commercial complex at the Gateway to Norwest Business Park, completed in May 2011. The builder managed to complete the design and construct project in just 57 weeks, thanks in part to timely supply by customers such as Page Window Systems.
The building is over 40,000 square metres, with 2 connecting complexes and a 2 storey carpark over a common basement.
